Dr. Genevieve Bartuski, PsyD, MBA

Dr. Genevieve Bartuski, PsyD, MBA is the founder and lead consultant at Bartuski Privacy Consulting, where she leverages her unique expertise in psychology, AI governance, and privacy compliance to help organizations navigate complex transformations. With a doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology, Dr. Bartuski brings a wealth of experience from working in high-stakes environments, including a maximum security prison with death row. Her distinguished career includes serving as an expert witness in Virginia courts, where she has testified in both civil and criminal cases, and conducting competency to stand trial and Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) assessments. Additionally, she is trained as a Crisis (Hostage) Negotiator and was a member of the ODOC Crisis Negotation team. She continues to volunteer her time as resource for her Negotiation Team and still does guest trainings for them.

After practicing psychology at the highest levels, Dr. Bartuski earned her MBA from Louisiana State University, graduating with a 3.7 GPA. This transition into the business world sparked her interest in technology, privacy compliance, and AI governance. Now, she combines her deep understanding of human behavior with cutting-edge change management and organizational behavior principles to guide businesses through transformative change.

Dr. Bartuski’s unique perspective, rooted in her diverse experiences across psychology, law, and business, enables her to offer innovative solutions that foster ethical practices, trust, and sustainable growth in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Dr. Bartuski is also a member of the Swissnex Expert Network for the Boston/ New York Branch.

Michael Bartuski came out of retirement to bring his over 40 years of experience in business, accounting, and compliance to Bartuski Privacy Compliance. As a seasoned expert, Michael has owned and operated his own mortgage brokerage firm for more than 20 years, guiding countless clients through the complexities of home financing.

Michael's expertise extends beyond brokerage management; he has extensive experience in mortgage underwriting for major banking institutions and has specialized in forensic mortgage underwriting. His keen analytical skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in ensuring compliance and integrity in every role.

Michael holds a degree in accounting from Drexel University, where he graduated a semester early and completed the ROTC program. Following his graduation, he was commissioned as a naval officer and proudly served as a naval veteran, bringing the discipline and leadership skills he developed in the military to his professional endeavors.
